Founder & CEO of PassTime

Stan Schwarz is the Founder and Owner of PassTime. Stan received his Undergraduate Degree from Oakland University and a Masters Degree in Design from Ball State University. He has been entrenched in the auto industry since 1990 when he and his partner Jeffrey H. Frank started Gordon * Howard Associates, Inc. Today Gordon * Howard Associates, develops, designs and manufactures consumer electronics for the automotive industry. They have focused their work on servicing automotive dealerships and finance companies for over 18 years.

Jeffrey H. Frank

Founder & EVP of PassTime

Jeffrey (Jake) Frank is the Founder and Owner of PassTime. Jake received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State University and a Master's Degree from the University of Virginia. He has worked in the auto industry since 1990 when he and his partner, Stan Schwarz, founded Gordon * Howard Associates, Inc. which has been developing products for the automobile industry including PassTime since 1992. Today PassTime manufactures consumer electronics for the special finance sector of the autombobile industry. They have focused their efforts on automobile dealerships and finance companies for almost 18 years.

Frank Jacobsen

President & COO

Frank has been in the data processing industry for over twenty-six years including 22 years with First Data Corporation (FDC). In his time with FDC he served in various capacities including sales management, business development, product development, and general management. In late 2001, he joined First Horizon Merchant Services, Inc (FHMS) to head up a new Business Development Team to diversify their portfolio. During his 6 years with FHMS he acquired five companies and created two new Business Units. In late 2005, First Horizon Nation Corporation made a decision to sell FHMS, a wholly owned subsidiary. Frank was part of the five member Executive Group responsible for selling the subsidiary to NOVA Information Systems.

Chris Macheca

Executive Vice President of Operations

Chris completed his undergraduate studies at Regis University in 1997 with a degree in Business Administration while captaining the lacrosse team. He joined PassTime in 1998 and has been an integral part of the success ever since. During his career at PassTime, Chris has been involved in all areas including sales, development, IT, operations, and manufacturing and has managed all operations since 2003. He received his MBA in Operations from Regis University in 2007 graduating with honors.

Michael Scapini

Chief Financial Officer

Michael V. Scapini is the Chief Financial Officer of Gordon * Howard Associates, Inc. Michael received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Wayne State University. Michael is also owner of Scapini and Company, an accounting firm located in Michigan, since 1983.

Jerry Morgan

Senior Vice President of Product Development

Jerry has been in the computer systems and data processing industry for over 29 years and is responsible for the company’s product development and business development activities. Prior to joining PassTime he served in numerous capacities at Transparence, Berkeley Software (BSDi), AT&T Labs Internet Platforms Organization, and the Santa Cruz Operation (SCO). Jerry is the author and co-author of numerous patents pending in incident response technologies, and location based services.
